Policy

Before booking an appointment, clients must read and accept our policy.

By booking, you confirm that you have read all terms and conditions and agree to comply.

Booking

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total cost.

  • Please arrive with clean skin, free of lotions or oils, to ensure the best welding results.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery once it has been welded.

Deposit

  • A $25 non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • This deposit secures your spot and will go towards your final payment.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit valid.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 3 times before requiring a new deposit.

Lateness, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A 10-minute grace period will be given, unless communicated by the client.

  • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit and may be subject to a $15 fee.

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be barred from future bookings.

Jewellery & Service Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once the jewellery has been welded.

  • We do not weld jewellery purchased elsewhere.

  • If your chain breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 7 days, we will repair it free of charge.

  • If your jewellery breaks due to misuse, a repair fee will apply.

Safety Plan

  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse skin reactions to metals used. Please notify us of any sensitivities beforehand.

  • If you have sensitive skin or a history of metal allergies, we recommend consulting a professional before booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect any skin irritation or health concerns.

Studio Guidelines

  • No extra guests are allowed unless they are also receiving a service.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

  • The studio is cleaned and sanitised between each client for a safe experience.
